June 28, 2012 Naples Sunset Rotary Meeting
The June 28, 2012 Naples Sunset Rotary meeting was called to order by President Carl Thome who gave the Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance. Following dinner our Rotary Ambassordial Scholar Johnnie Schuebert discussed his PhD process in New Zealand and his always favorite topic of communication electronics for the third world countries. He displayed a solar powered tablet that could revolutionize the ability to teach and train in Africa. Great stuff!! Following his presentation the 2012-2013 Naples Sunset Rotary Officers and Board of Directors were installed by the Immediate Past President Carl Thome. The slate of incoming officers and board members were as follows:
President: Brady Young;
President-Elect: Adoni Kokkinos;
Secretary: Garry Moore;
Foundation Chairman and Immediate Past Assist Governor: Marcus P. Zillman;
Membership Chairman: Brady Young;
Sgt-at Arms: Pete Shoup;
Public Relations: Riley Duncan;
Board Member at Large: Herb Buck;
Immediate Past President: Carl Thome
After the Induction Ceremony the gavel was handed over to Brady Young who praised the new Past President Carl Thome for an excellent two year performance for the Naples Sunset Rotary Club. President Brady also announced that our District Governor for 2012-2013 Stephen F. Schlueter will be visiting our club on the July 11, 2012 meeting. He also reminded members that we would not be meeting on July 5, 2012 due to the July 4th holiday period.

June 21, 2012 Naples Sunset Rotary Meeting
The June 21, 2012 Naples Sunset rotary meeting was called to order by President Carl Thome who gave the Invocation followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. After dinner Carl updated the club by announcing that the following week we will be inducting our new officers and board of directors for 2012-2013 Rotary year which starts July 1, 2012. He also announced that our District Governor for 2012-2013 Stephen F. Schlueter will be visiting our club on the July 11, 2012 meeting. President Carl turned the meeting over to President Nominee Adoni Kokkinos who introduced Gregory Wilkerson, Charge Nurse, Naples Community Hospital North, Cardiac Unit and our speaker who covered the area healthcare and the heart. Excellent presentation and was followed by a lengthy question and answer period. Meeting was adjourned at 8:15 PM.

The June 14, 2012 Naples Sunset Rotary meeting was called to order by President Carl Thome at 6:45pm who gave the Invocation followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. Prior to dinner being served we inducted our latest member Stephen R. Cere, Financial Planner with Merrill Lynch in Naples. Following the Installation ceremony dinner was served. Our guest speaker was our own member and President Nominee Adonni Kinkkos who gave an excellent presentation on what a "First Responder" must do and the latest technology and equipment required to perform. He demonstrated the latest equipment for heart attack and how to perform the "shock". After Adonni's presentation questions and answers were given by interested club members. President Carl discussed the latest local happenings as well as happenings in the District. Meeting was adjourned at 8:25pm.

June 7, 2012 Naples Sunset Rotary Meeting
The June 7, 2012 Naples Sunset Rotary Meeting was called to order at Pate's Resturant at Ramada Inn in downtown Naples, Florida by President Carl Thome. After Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance President Carl inducted our newest member Daryl Alvaranga, Financial Sales Manager, Citizens Bank; and he was warmly welcomed into our club. Following dinner President Carl introduced our speaker, James C. French, Director, Collier County Growth Management Division, Palnning & Regulation, and Operations & Regulatory Management. James discussed the latest happenings in his Collier County Division and the significant cost cutting and positive results he has been able to accomplish. After his excellent presentation there were numerous question and positive feedback from all club members present. The meeting was adjourned at 8:25pm.
